Electronics

So I did even more research to find a way to make my own circuit boards. Looks very complicated, and I can tell you.. it's not. Yes, you are going to need some tools, a computer, some electronics knowledge as to how to map out your circuit board on the computer, a couple bottles of chemicals (Ferric Chloride), an iron(clothes iron is fine), a laser printer, lots of inkjet 'Staples' basic photo paper, and a bunch of copper clad PCB boards.

The process I took to develope my circuit boards is called the Toner transfer method. The toner transfer method is really simple. You design your circuit on a program (ExpressPCB, Cadsoft Eagle), print it out on the Staples inkjet photopaper using a Laser Printer. from there you take your copper clad PCB board, place your printed circuit face down onto the board and tape. Now you need to take your iron and basically iron that paper so that the toner gets hot enough and melts onto the PCB board. This takes about 20 minutes or so.

So you got your circuit on the copper. Now we need to take off the exposed copper in Ferric Chloride. swish it in a Pyrex dish for about 20 minutes and wash it off, and Voila, you just made yourself your very own custom printed circuit board built for your needs.

I am now taking custom orders to suite your needs. If you want a custom circuit buildt or designed, let me know and I will come up with one for you for a resonable price, of course :)! But remeber this service of mine is completely custom and DIY, so it will take time and may cost more than expected. But I guarantee you will not be disapointed.
